Brotte Crozes Hermitage "La Rollande", is a tribute to the feminine harmony of the wine. Rollande was a very popular female first name  in 1931, date of the creation of Maison Brotte. It means "glory" and "courage".

Sourced from a relatively flat region, in a triangle formed between the hills of Tain l'Hermitage, the Rhône and the Isère rivers, from clay soils with a mild climate. Made primarily with Syrah, the wine displays pleasant freshness and harmony, with cherry and blackcurrant notes and well defined tannins on the finish.
